Before the Mobility Requirements

  1. Nomination and Application

    Student is nominated to the partner uni by the International Office (OZS). Student submits an application according to the partner uni instructions.

  2. Acceptance Letter and Checklist

    Student receives a confirmation of admission. Student uploads a copy of the acceptance letter/e-mail to the InSIS checklist that is created by a VŠE coordinator after nomination.

     

  3. Learning Agreement

    Student completes Learning Agreement in InSIS (LA), i.e. a form with courses s/he wants to study abroad.

  4. Bank Account Info

    Student inserts bank account details in InSIS. Scholarship is paid in EUR as a single payment to an EU bank account after signing the Grant Agreement.

  5. Emergency contact

    Student fills in the emergency contact form.

  6. Grant Agreement

    Prepared by OZS after the steps above are fulfilled. Usually signed in person at OZS.

During / After the Mobility Requirements

  1. Learning Agreement “Changes”

    In case of course changes, student fills in changes to the Learning Agreement. Changes are made again in the Student’s portal, via the “Learning Agreement/Study plan abroad” icon.

  2. Confirmation of Study Period

    Mobility dates must be confirmed in the form. Student uploads a copy of the form to the InSIS checklist and delivers the original to the International Office.

  3. Final Reports on Stay Abroad

    Student fills in the report in InSIS. Link to the report in the EU database Beneficiary Module is sent to the student’s email.

  4. Transcript of Records

    Transcript is issued by the partner uni 1-3 months after the end of the mobility. Student uploads a copy of the transcript to the InSIS checklist.

  5. Transfer of Credits

    Student applies for a transfer of credits in InSIS. Transfer of credits and results is mandatory and all courses must be fully recognized.
