Acceptance Letter / Email

(=Letter of Acceptance/Admission/Enrolment etc.)

• A formal confirmation of admission of an exchange student to a study at a partner university.
• It contains information about the beginning and the termination of the mobility which serves as a basis for the calculation of the scholarship amount.
• It is usually sent to the International Office or to the student directly, often electronically only. A copy of the Acceptance Letter/Acceptance Email has to be uploaded into the checklist in InSIS.
