Acceptance Letter / Email
(=Letter of Acceptance/Admission/Enrolment etc.)
- A formal confirmation of admission of an exchange student to a study at a partner university.
- It contains information about the beginning and the termination of the mobility which serves as a basis for the calculation of the scholarship amount.
- It is usually sent to the International Office or to the student directly, often electronically only. A copy of the Acceptance Letter/Acceptance Email has to be forwarded to the International Office and uploaded into the checklist in InSIS (after the checklist has been created).
- It serves as a basis for entering information about study abroad into InSIS and creating the checklist.
