CEEPUS – Financial Support

Scholarship

  • The scholarship is for accommodation and meal purposes and is paid by the host country.
  • The students do not receive any scholarship from VŠE as they receive the scholarship at the host university according to the CEEPUS funding rules (the amount of the scholarship is different for each country, the scholarships to each country can be found in the link under the respective flags).

CEEPUS Grant Application

CEEPUS grant application is to be submitted at www.ceepus.info.

  • Step 1: registration.
  • Step 2: completion of online CEEPUS grant application within the „AT – 0068 (Amadeus)“ 4-month framework.
  • Step 3: CEEPUS grant application submission.

The deadline for submission is 31st October.

By “submitting”, the application is forwarded to the respective VŠE coordinator, who approves it and sends it to the NCO (National CEEPUS Office) in the Czech Republic. After approval in the Czech Republic, the application is sent to the respective host country, where the coordinator at the foreign university approves the application and forwards it to the local NCO for awarding the grant.

You can follow the application approval process by logging into the system in your profile. You will be notified of the approval of your application by the CEEPUS National Office (NCO) abroad, usually within 6 weeks of its submission.

CEEPUS – Final Documents

Fill out the following documents at www.ceepus.info:

  • Mobility Report – it is online only and doesn´t need to be signed.
  • Letter of Confirmation – must be printed out, signed by student and host university with date plus stamp and must be uploaded in the system again.
