Checklist and Acceptance Letter / Email
Checklist
- An electronic checklist is used as an evidence of the administrative requirements concerning study abroad. Anytime a change is made in the checklist, a notification is sent to the student’s university email. To find out what changes have been made, students need to see their checklist in InSIS.
- Checklist can be found in InSIS: Student’s Portal -> My College -> My College abroad.
- The checklist appears only after the information about the study abroad is entered into InSIS by the International Office.
Acceptance letter / email
(=Letter of Acceptance/Admission/Enrolment etc.)
- A formal confirmation of admission of an exchange student to a partner university.
- It contains information about the beginning and the termination of the mobility which serves as a basis for the calculation of the scholarship amount. (not applicable for CEEPUS)
- It is usually sent to the International Office or to the student directly, often electronically only. A copy of the Acceptance Letter/Acceptance Email has to be uploaded to the checklist in InSIS.
