Greetings from the School of Economics and Management (FEP), University of Porto!
We are reaching out to express our strong support for teaching exchanges from our partner institutions, funded through the Erasmus programme of your home university.
At FEP, we typically organize a teaching programme consisting of two classes (6 hours in total), hosted by a FEP faculty member. Each visit is designed to foster a close collaboration between the host and guest lecturers, with the aim of encouraging future joint research, sharing of teaching methodologies, applications for project funding, co-supervision of theses, reciprocal teaching visits, and more.
Visiting faculty may also have the opportunity to present their latest research to our researchers and PhD students in seminars regularly organized by our Research Center on Economics and Finance (CEF.UP).
Attached you will find a list of courses taught in English for the upcoming academic year. Our full programme portfolio, including courses taught in Portuguese (which may also host visiting faculty), is available at the following link Programmes – University of Porto.
Proposals can be submitted to this email address international@fep.up.pt and should include the following information:
1. Course unit / area of expertise (based on the attached course list or our full portfolio)
2. Short CV
3. Preferred period for the visit (semester or month)
