Photo Contest 2021: Photography exhibition & student voting
The International office invites you to the exhibition of the student photographs from the Photo Contest 2021.
The exhibition will take place in Atrium of the Paradise Building from November 5 until November 25, 2021.
The expert jury with doc. Ing. Stanislav Horný, CSc. as the head has chosen the following photographs:
- 1st place: Tereza Klementová (FBA) – „Sunset beyond the Arctic Circle“ (Finland)
- 2nd place: Viktoriia Malysheva (FFA) – „Peace and quiet… in the daytime“ (France)
- 3rd place: Barbora Schmiedová (FIR) – „Jimmy the Reindeer“ (Norway)
- Department of Multimedia Prize: Marek Kosina (FBA) – „Northern lights“ (Norway)
International Office voted for:
- International Office Prize: Jana Štolcová (FIS) – „Crater lakes at its finest“ (Portugal)

The student voting for the best photograph is open throughout the duration of the exhibition. All current VSE students can vote via this form. The winner of the student voting will be announced after the end of the exhibition. Three selected voters will be awarded a prize.
A total of 63 students took part in the contest this year and submitted 181 photos taken during their exchange stay or internship in AR 2020/21. Finally, 79 photos by 49 authors, which you can also view online, got to the second round.
We would like to thank all the students, who sent us their photographs to the Photo Contest 2021 and congratulations to the winners!
The photographs from previous years contests, which were not displayed due to the Covid pandemic, will be presented at the exhibition.
