Help with Orientation Week Wanted

VSE International Office offers a short-term job for students during the Orientation Week (OW) in the upcoming Spring semester. The OW is an event organized for the incoming Exchange students and aims to introduce them to the new environment.

International Office is looking for VSE students who would like to improve their communication and organization skills and who will be able to participate on the following activities:

• Information/preparation meeting: Wednesday, January 30, 2019 from 10:00 to 12:00 in RB 546
• Registration of  the incoming students: Monday, February 4, 2019 from 8:00 to 18:00
• Help with navigating the students around VSE buildings: Tuesday, February 5, 2019 from 8:30 to 17:00
• Team Game (to help the students to get familiar with the university and life in the Czech Republic): Wednesday, February 6, 2019 from 10:30 to 17:30

The students will be rewarded by a single payment scholarship.
