Interim Academic Report

PhD students whose study and research mobility takes 4 months or more have to submit a Interim Academic Report about their study and other activities at the partner university. This report will be handed over to the tutor, the head of the department and the Vice-dean for international relations of the respective faculty.

• The form of the Interim report is not set. It should be of a scholarly character and it should summarize the results, procedures or work done during the mobility. The length of the report should be approximately 1-2 A4 pages.
• The Interim report has to be uploaded into Checklist in InSIS in PDF/jpeg format no later than 2 months after the start of the mobility.
• The payment of the second instalment of the scholarship is conditioned by the submission of the progressive scholarly report.
