Scholarship

Thanks to the university cooperation VSE students do not have to pay any tuition fee for the Summer School. Nevertheless, it is necessary to take into account the costs associated with the travel and stay in Norway (accomodation, transport, food, etc.). At the same time, some universities require a registration fee and student financial participation for social activities associated with the Summer School programme. For more information on estimated costs, visit the websites of each Summer School.

The amount of scholarship is calculated based on the duration of stay (exact number of days, 30 days = 1200€) and an one-off grant for travel costs (275€).

Selection procedure and general conditions

Studying at the Summer School has to be a part of VSE study plan. Therefore, students must have a sufficient number of registration coupons for a full recognition of study abroad (number of ECTS according to each Summer School) and for the completion of all the study duties related to the completion of study at VSE.

The selection procedure is open for students at the Bachelor or Master level, who will continue with their studies in Fall semester 2020. The selection procedure is also open to all students, including those who have already completed their stay abroad during their studies.

Bachelor level students must have completed at least one full academic year. Master level students can apply from the 2nd semester of their studies.

The results of the selection procedure will be published in InSIS (Student’s portal -> My studies -> My study abroad -> Selection procedure results) according to the selection procedure schedule.
