Help Wanted for Orientation Week

Would you like to gain experience at event organizing? Then we are looking for you!

From September 12th to 16th, VŠE is organizing Orientation week for incoming international students. During the event students will learn about VŠE, the Czech Republic and the Czech language. The welcome ceremony together with different lectures are part of the programme. The whole Oweek will be finished by a team game, where participants will explore campus and meet new classmates.

We are looking for students who would help us with the organization of Oweek.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Gain a first-hand experience of how the event is organised,
• Practice languages, or meet someone from your country, as incoming students are from more than 90 countries from all around the world,
• See the event from a different perspective,
• Enjoy company of other VŠE students in a non-formal environment.

When:

• Monday Sept 12th: information meeting (tbc)
• Wednesday Sept 14th from 17:30 to 20
• Thursday Sept 15th from 11 to 20
• Friday Sept 16th from 9:30 to 14:30
