Help with Orientation Week Wanted

VSE International Office offers a short-term part-time job for VSE students during the Orientation Week (OW) in the upcoming Fall semester. The OW is an event organized for the incoming Exchange students and aims to introduce them to the new environment.

International Office is looking for VSE students who would like to improve their communication and organizational skills and who will be able to participate in the following activities:

• Information/preparation meeting: Wednesday, September 04, 2019 from 10:00 to 12:00
• Registration of  the incoming students: Friday, September 06, 2019 from 8:00 to 16:00
• Help with navigating the students around VSE buildings: Monday, September 09, 2019 from 8:00 to 18:30
• Team Game (to help the students to get familiar with the university and life in the Czech Republic): Tuesday, September 10, 2019 from 08:30 to 18:30

The students will be rewarded by a single payment scholarship.
