• A form in which you fill in emergency contact details that will be used in case of any emergency connected to your mobility abroad.
• The emergency contact should be able to communicate in Czech or/and in English.
• The link for filling in the emergency contact form is available here. To fill out the form, it is necessary to log in to your school account.
