Confirmation of Study Period

Confirmation of Study Period confirms the length of the mobility at the foreign institution and it serves as a basis for the awarded scholarship.

• The document has to be uploaded into Checklist in InSIS and the original has to be handed in to the respective coordinator at the International Office no later than 14 days after the end of the mobility.

If the mobility is shortened, the PhD student will return a proportional part of the received scholarship.
