Financial Support
The Erasmus+ grant is awarded in accordance with programme rules and consists of:
- Individual support, calculated according to the destination country and the number of eligible mobility days.
- Travel support, determined by the distance between the registered location of VSE and the host institution, as calculated using the European Commission Distance Calculator.
For the purpose of grant calculation, the duration of the mobility includes the days spent carrying out the mobility activity and, where applicable, eligible travel days.
- Start of the activity: the first day at the host institution.
- End of the activity: the last day at the host institution.
- Travel days: for standard (non-green) travel, up to one travel day before the start of the activity and one travel day after its completion may be included in the mobility duration.
Should the actual costs exceed the approved mobility budget, participants are responsible for securing any additional funding from alternative sources
