Copy of Travel Documents / Flight Ticket

After purchasing a travel document/flight ticket to the destination of your exchange, please upload it’s copy with basic travel information to your checklist in InSIS. The uploaded travel document should include the following:

• your full name
• date of departure
• documentation of your entire journey from the Czech Republic/Europe to your final exchange destination. This should include all relevant tickets or bookings (e.g., flights, buses, trains) that clearly show the route and dates of travel.

Mobilities within the Erasmus+ program

• Travel documents serve as the basis for a travel grant.
• The amount of the grant depends on the distance between the sending and receiving institutions and the mode of transport used (Green/Non-Green Erasmus).
• An increased travel grant (Green Erasmus) can be obtained when using environmentally friendly means of transport (train, bus, carpooling). You can find more information about the Green Erasmus program here.
• If you are traveling by car, you must provide proof of your mode of transportation in the form of a Solemn declaration. This document serves as supporting documentation both for Green Erasmus (carpooling) and for other car trips under the Non-Green Erasmus program.
