Completion of final reports

• InSIS

The final report in InSIS must be completed within 14 days after the end of the mobility. The report can be found in InSIS: Student’s Portal -> My Study Abroad -> Evaluation of Abroad Placement. Please fill in the report in details – it serves as an information source for future outgoing students.

• Beneficiary Module

The link to fill in the report in the Beneficiary Module database will be sent to the student’s university email. Since then, the student must complete the report and upload it to the checklist in InSIS within 14 days due to a limited validity of the link. If the recognition process is still ongoing at the time of filling in the report, the student will receive a complementary survey report specifically about the recognition process. It will be sent to the student’s email address 45 days after the end of his/her mobility.
