Administration after the mobility

There are several steps that have to done in the end of the mobility:

  1. Confirmation of Study Period (only Europe except Switzerland)

Confirmation of Study Period

This document confirms the accurate duration of the stay (from the enrolment/orientation week/language course to the day of last academic commitment). Student has to upload a scan of confirmation into Insis (Checklist) within 14 days after the end of the mobility. The original document must be delivered to his/her coordinator at International Office. Confirmation of Study Period can be downloaded in Download section.

Learning Agreement During Mobility (LA)

The Learning Agreement during mobility has to be filled out in case that the student had to do some changes in subjects/credits. LA before mobility together with changes in LA during mobility must correspond with Transcript of Records. Learning Agreement during mobility can be downloaded in Download section, has to be signed by the student, partner university and VSE (respective Vice-dean) and a scan must be uploaded into Insis (Checklist) within 14 days after the end of the mobility.

Final Report in Information System (InSIS)

The report can be found in Information System (InSIS): Student's Portal ->Evaluation of Abroad Placement. The report must be filled out within 14 days after the end of the mobility. Please fill out the report in details - it serves as an information source for future outgoing students.

Final Report in Mobility Tool database

Student will receive a link to fill out the report in Mobility Tool database on his/her university email. The report must be filled out within 14 days from receiving the link due to its limited validity.

OLS - Online Linguistic Support

Student will receive a link to fill out the final language test in OLS on his/her university email. The test must be filled out within 14 days from receiving the link due to its limited validity. In the case that the link is not valid anymore, the student has to sign in the OLS system with his/her login details and find the test there.

Transcript of Records

Student/the International Office will receive the Transcript of Records from the partner institution some months after the end of the mobility. The coordinator at the International Office needs to keep a copy, the original belongs to the student.

TRANSFER OF CREDITS/GRADE RECOGNITION

When the student receives the Transcript of Records, it is necessary to fill out the Application for Transfer of credits and bring both documents to the respective Vice-dean. Thereafter the programme coordinator enters grades in the Information System (InSIS). Application for Transfer of credits can be downloaded in Download section.
